Battery Cover
So, sometime in the past my battery cover has gone walkabout. I didn't notice it until probably ages later. Likely some mechanic (sorry, technician) has forgotten to replace it or has, um, redistributed it at some stage. So I'm after getting a replacement. However, I'm not sure which one. My car is a MY2010 Disco4 XS TDV6 with the battery on the nearside (in the UK).
Could anyone either kindly quote me a part number or perhaps take a picture if you have the same vehicle? Thanks in advance.

This site would seem to indicate that the same RHD battery cover has been in use for the entire production of the D4 model from VIN AA000001- (except for the V8)
The old girl is on her third engine...
* first ran a bearing (design failure in original engine)
* second had a failure of the water outlet on top of the engine (pls check yours)

Thank you. What confused me is that there is a RH and a LH cover listed on many sites on the web and I'm not sure which is correct, ie. is the right hand your right as you look into the engine bay, or the right hand of the car as you would see it sitting in the vehicle.

All factory definitions of LH or RH are Facing forward as in the vehicle.

A D3 cover fits just the same. Only difference is a D4 has a neoprene seal.Discovery 4 3.0 HSE 2010 year. I like it a lot. Now with winch 😂

LR066538 is for my UK D4 MY14 as I just called LR as when it had the belts done they broke it.
On the backside of it it says EH22-014A47-AC (with LH on it too) around £24

Aha. So I suspect the earlier D4's (mine is a 2010) are different. It's apparently LRO18528.
