I think I have the simplest solution which is to run a hardwired Ctek extension cable from the battery to inside the front grille, if the battery needs charging simply plug into the cable hidden behind the grille, no need to even open the bonnet or remove the hitch cover others have done similar with Anderson connectors but I’m a firm believer in Keep It Simples I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
