Best route around Paris... |
|
I shall be towing the caravan to Spain on Friday, and am wondering what the best way to get around Paris is on Saturday. We are stopping Friday night at Amiens, so hopefully will get a good early start. We want to get from the A16 autoroute, and end up on the A75 autoroute as our next stop off is at Millau.
The D3 sat nav wants to take the 'periphique' on the east side of the city. However, I think there is a new road on the West side of Paris, the A86 however, I understand it has a limit of 2.5 metres, is that height or width? and is is a suitable route for a caravan.
Any suggestions welcome.
