Big coolant leak near EGR

Hi - Just had a big coolant leak on my D4. Seems to be leaking from the rear of the left hand EGR. Anyone had a similar experience and any tips for fixing? The under-bonnet was full of steam plus it seems possible the EGR unit over-heated through lack of cooling. Any help gratefully received Thumbs Up

Oh - one more thing ....

The week before the leak, the cabin heater was only able to blow lukewarm air. Does anyone have any clue as to why an impending EGR leak would cause this or do I have another fault somewhere else?

For both above posts, replace "EGR" with "EGR cooler". Embarassed
