Well I took my D4 into the dealership on the Tyburn road for a rear parking sensor fault was told it would need booking in as the rear bumper needed to be taken off so booked it in took it today four hours later your cars is ready to pickup no fault what I said it came in the fault was there and was there this morning picked it up all was working fine, so it won’t be ever going to that dealership again

Funny enough that’s my local stealers as well (where you based? I’m over in Walmley) and had similar issues with an alternator swap. I only posted the below on another thread yesterday

I am in brownhills always use guy salmon as last experience with Birmingham dealership but with COVID and all no courtesy car and they had already said what needed doing I’ll get it looked at in February at guy salmon
