Black plastic wheel arches on a D4

Do the D3 black arches fit straight onto the D4? Has anyone done this? If so any pics.?

I know this has been discussed, but I can't recall reading about it actually having been done.

Mine are scratched to death from tricycles .scooters and pedestrians with scratchy pants


I hate wheel arches generally anyway...why not make the vehicle that fat in the first place and use more of the space you are already takng up It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.

What did the black plastic wheel arches cost? Looking at a White D4 and would like to change the arches and recolour the wheels to black it up a bit! I suppose the other option is to have them wrapped......... Just trying to weigh up costs first

That's about where I originally thought but just seen a front arch on fleabay for £110 (or £130 can't remember now) and scared myself. Need to wait to see if I get a white 1 then put a WTD post up!
