Bluetooth retro fit question (again)

sorry all, I really tried to read all the posts and I now have a pretty good understanding of what I need to do, but...
I have the red and green button thing for my steering wheel (to be fitted).
The microphone and D3 Bluetooth unit are on their way.
I don't have the voice control button.. Do I need it?
And I can't find any link and/or picture/part number for the MOST cable loom. Any links or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all,

You don’t need the voice control button (on the left side switch pack). It’s driven by the satnav and isn’t needed or necessary for BT integration with your phone.

Edit: regarding MOST cable. It’s really a fiber optic cable you’re talking about, see https://www.te.com/usa-en/products/fiber-o...works.html. In practice the easiest is to buy a cable off eBay rather than from Tyco. Length depends on where you’re going to install the D3 module.

Thank you for your fast reply. Do you know what MOST loop cable I need?
