Hi all I went to my D3 this morning to do weekly checks only to find that the offside bonnet catch won’t release! Near side is perfect and I can lift it. Any ideas what to do? Patman

well bonnet push didn't work cable was broken.
Thanks to kummu24 for the PM it took time but worked if anybody else is stuck give me a shout Patman

Hi,
I think that bonnet release cable broken in my D3 because bonnet not open although I pull release handle in cabin.
Need help to solve problem.

| My Bonnet won't open. Please help |

Hi. The bonnet on my D3 won't open properly.
Ive managed to get the driverside open but cannot get the left side out.
The bonnet release inside the car doesn't work either.
Can someone PM however to open stuck bonnet on a D3 please.

replied to your PM about 1hr 30 mins ago ... just concerned you might not have spotted it, I know it's a pain having a (semi-)disabled car.

Hi all,
Got a D3 delivered yesterday.
I know the bonnet has been open, but now won’t. N/s is loose, o/s still locked, but release doing nothing. Need to get it into garage for air on charge tomorrow, before driving to south of France on Friday.
Any assistance/ideas please.
