Boost trace over rpm for SDV6?

Guys I suspect my secondary turbo is not kicking in / performing as it should.

My boost trace builds to 23psi up to 2.5k when it dips to around 21 and then plateau’s - drop comes precisely when secondary should blend in.

Both turbos have new cartridges and Ive also done the oil return mod of the secondary Turbo.

Car running great up to 2.5k but them just seems to get a bit anaemic?
