@NJJS.
Many examples you give I make since its phonetic. I'm not native English, and when typing merrily along it's kind of 'natural' to write like that..
But when I read it back, directly after, I spot most of these errors and I correct it. But I believe lots of people now only read twitter and other social media. No books or newspapers, so they just forget how it should be written.
I think most of us are still from the generations that grew up with books and newspapers. If you grow up now, you have very few references for proper writing. Another sign of the times.

It would appear that the adverb has almost disappeared! The main culprit for me is the BBC . Some of their grammar in reports is simply shocking. As regards my wife and I it has simply been reduced to me and the wife. Incorrect grammar and downright rude to boot! When listening to reports etc on the TV it is enough to make you cringe.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

@Joe Watson.
I like your signature... .. it is much like the lines I proclaim since many years ;
"..The reason why so many people are stupid ? Because it is safe to be with many.."

I bet none of the younger generation has ever seen a copy of Eric Partridge's 'Usage and Abusage'
(Note that 'none' is singular - a shortened version of 'not one' - but it is often seen as 'none have')
Maybe if more use was made of that book we wouldn't be hearing/reading errors such as 'disinterested' when 'uninterested' is meant!Andrew

Of course it could just be that auto-correct has replaced some mistake with the wrong word and the author has not realised.

As a mildly dyslexic I have all ways struggled with written English punctuation spelling etc.
It does not make me stupid/ thick, I have head for numbers, am good mechanically hold an HND in mechanical engineering, but English .
While predictive text and spell check might seem like a god send it can and does make things worse.
As for the people from the PlayStation generation they have a text language that Transends English into another format completely, I frequently have to ask my son “ in English please”
There, Their, They’re, might offend but in the end.....
Cut the rest of the world a break if you are clever enough to follow the thread follow and please resist the temptation to correct the not so clever.

I don't think anybody has a problem with the occasional typo, we all make those.
The problem is, the English language, in the written form, is the only method of communication on forums such as these. It is therefore important to, at least, attempt a basic form of grammar + spelling if you want your posts to be taken seriously and to get your point across accurately in a manner everyone can understand. Fail to do that and you leave yourself open to either ridicule or not receiving the help you hoped for because nobody can be bothered replying if you can't get your point across.
For me, putting "brought" when you actually meant "bought", shows you either just didn't bother to proof read what you'd written or you're a bit thick.
