Brake fluid change.
Cant find any mention of this in my service history. How often is it done, and is that part of any type of service, or separate.1955 SWB Series 1 86 inch

It should be done but unfortunately it's very often ignored by garages. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, (absorbs moisture) and so it must be changed at intervals usually between 2 and 4 years depending on manufacturer.
Failure to do so risks water corrosion of the system components and other problems. I change brake fluid every 3 years with a pressurised bleed system which takes about 30 mins max!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

It's not part of the service, and they charge extra.
Draw you own opinion on how vital it is from that.
I know people will disagree.
But brake fluid start off clear.
When it get old, (IMHO) it goes orange or brown.
part of the MOT is to check the colour.

Changed mine a few months back. Dead easy to do. Did mine in about 30-40 mins going at a proper lazy pace.
There's youtube videos on what to do. I couldn't feel any real difference, but it's definitely clearer.
Do it yourself, don't even have to take the wheels off.
