Now that sounds straight out of a Trump tweet.

This is
The guy is a clown
So UK can say every day that they want an hard Brexit (without really saying anything about the actual consequences on the people) but if somebody tries to explain to their own people (impacted by that scenario consequence of the UK decision) what they have to do or what are the consequences is irresponsible and it is a way to put pressure?
So they have to prepare in silence and not tell anything to the people impacted (maybe like in UK)?
Quote:
Brussels 'irresponsible' for flagging risks of no-deal Brexit, says Raab
In an interview on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show on Sunday, Raab described a document published by Brussels last week that highlighted the risk of the UK leaving the EU without an agreement as “obviously an attempt to try and ramp up the pressure”.
“Under the caveat that nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”. Interesting then to see what the definition of “nothing” is.
The widrawral agreement is agreed....the choice of the next agreement is take a poorer trade deal or leave with nothing. If we leave with nothing then any future arrangement won't happen unless the WA is active again, then we will be presented with another poorer deal. I suspect by that point we will be on our knees in any case.

No. The text of the "DRAFT Withdrawal Agreement" is agreed to this stage.
You do know what a draft is don't you?

One means the other ....what is crystal clear is that any future deal will be to our negative even if the WA remains active.
You do understand what negative means ....or are you still similarly maintaining your comparative view of the health of the £$

The only thing that really looks crystal clear is that if we have a 'hard Brexit' we won't be paying £39bn to the EU! Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

Doesn’t look crystal clear at all.
It was agreed on a prime ministerial level last December that U.K. would abide to payments as if it were part of EU until end of 2020 which happens to be the end of the 7 year EU budgeting period. After that, until 2024, the payments were to be smaller. Last one was 200M or so but who’s counting..
Other sums include contributions to EU pensions and flows to outstanding earlier commitments.
As you’re part of EU beginning of 2019 you’ll certainly be paying something.
I think the problem with negotiations is that one side has no idea how to negotiate nor what they’re negotiating for. Of course, the problem is made worse by political armchair quarterbacking and nobody wanting to be “the one” who comes back with the Make Britain Great Again deal.
