I use VPN on phone can download / stream from all terrestial Tv sites. (Turbo VPN very good)
Mainly downloads best as vpn can slow streaming down.
Take hdmi cable for connecting to TV set / phone, most TV's seem to have a HDMI port nowadaysD4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

Connect a Slingbox to a set top box, i.e Sky and then you have no worries about IP address blocking, number of users etc. As long as you have a reasonable upload speed from home and at the remote end, it works well. On a DVR you can even watch recorded programs as well because the remote is emulated via a infra red sender. Also handy at home if you are using a ipad etc and want to watch in a different room.

I find this to be the best and most reliable option.
I use the VPN Unlimited app, and just watch using the SKY Go, BBC Iplayer, ITV C4, My5 apps or the TV Catchup App which has all the freeview channels, all on my Ipad or MacBook
