Calling Members in Italy

Can any Italian Members point me to a decent tyre dealer/fitter near Como?
I need a Pirelli Scorpian 255/50 R20 to replace my spare

Had a puncture on way over and would like to replace in case we get another.

Thanks

Gary

Cheers Rich, found a LR dealer 30km from Como so may pay them a visit. Will do a bit of googling now I have wireless. Bound to be a decent tyre fitters nearby as the roads are dreadful Smile
Saw my first proper blowout on the motorway through Switzerland yesterday. Big yank truck thing went thundering past me doing about 90 then half a mile later, kaboom, rubber everywhere. Considerate person that I am I stopped to make sure they were ok. Apart from requiring some clean undies they are fine and there were two chaps with the vehicle so left them to it.

That mega tunnel is quite something, nearly 20km long. Very impressive. Not impressive having to que up for an hour to get through it though.

Oh yes, I know the standard of driving in the UK is appalling but I always forget how bad it is over in Europe. You have to master the art of being tailgated and not getting the hump because everyone in the most puny engines cars needs to go just that little bit faster than the person in front.

So...The tyre hunt will resume tomorrow.
