My camping D4
Hi All
I bought this 2010 SDV6 HSE in March this year with the intention of using it for camping and wildcamping trips
It's in a long line of LRs I've owned, and by far the most luxurious!
I'm definitely embracing middle age...
All the best
Paul

Hi Iguana
Thanks for that - I'll keep an eye out for any camping trips/meets ππ»
I've hardly touched the D4 - new load space cover and the roof bars for the side-awning are about it.
It has the usual annoying little troubles like the occasionally operative rear camera, but overall, I'm very happy with it ππ»
Cheers
Paul.

Lovely selection of kit there, very nicely presented. Including the D4!
How many attempts did you get to line the oztent perfectly with the awning? Even with putting the awning up first it still takes me a few goes to get it perfect once everything is under tension
Keep us up to date with the wild camping trips in particular. Nice to see some very low profile 4x4 wild camping, it's tempting to over-do it with so much packing space.D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

Looks like a nice d4 love the colour.
How do you find the swag please? I am tempted with one for solo trips but a bit scared as not seen one in person.

First time, every time
I think it was a fluke getting them lined up
These pics are from my Instagram feed ( @discovery4adventures )
Only a few posts, but I've not had the D4 long
I'm out again this weekend, more pics will follow ππ»
Cheers

Hi Stumog
Thanks, it's Nara Bronze with an Instagram filter π
I got the swag from a really nice chap and LR enthusiast by the name of Ollie who runs a company called Outhaus.
If they are not, apologies, I'll edit the post - I'm not affiliated or linked to Ollie or Outhaus - but they do make some great stuff π
Cheers

Last weekend's setup - a meet up of bushcrafty and outdoorsy types in Herts
Last tent trip for a while as I'm dragging the tin tent from Colchester to Dorset next Thursday for 3 weeks on the South coast.
I'm not looking forward to the A31... π
