Hi guys,
I'm looking for some advice on electric hook up whilst using Oztent tent on a camp site in Holland. Basically does anyone know if there is an electrical adaptor or will it be easier to actually buy a European unit and if so does anyone know which one to get and location to buy it?

SWMBO and I have visited Holland with our caravan several timers.. Nearly always been able to use the standard blue plug. Normal situation in GB. If you need an adaptor plenty of caravan/ camping shops in Holland and probably camp site will lend/hire/sell you one.
I am not aware of a European unit per se. It is just that the plugs and sockets can be different but the blue sockets and plugs are fast becoming the norm.

The blue plug being referred to is the 16amp industrial plug, go along to any good camping shop and you can get a set that has a small distribution board with RCD and breakers ideal for tents, most camp sites regulate you to 5 or 10 amps so dont expect it to boil a normal kettle 8)
If the site uses Continental plugs you can also buy a short adaptor lead, or in previous reply buy or hire from the site
