| cant get a build date why ????????? |

Hi All
I ordered my disco 4 two weeks before christmas but still have no build date i was told just after christmas that what with chrismas and all that they could not give me a date
Now i am being told my order has been put through to land rover when i ordered it two weeks before chrismas but they are saying it is in a holding pen waiting for a build date what the  is all that about.
anyone else had this problem as i am starting to get very off but i dont want to cancel the order and go else where as it will only delay me even further
cheers shawn bali blue disco 4 with rear dvd's, privacy glass, pre heat system, heated steering wheel, full size spare, piano black trim, ipod cable, 20 inch wheels and i love it loads more than my TDV8 RRS, KTM 250 EXC 2 Stroke for the real off road stuff

Sounds like they took your order without the allocation to support it. They're probably waiting for their next batch to
put the order in. Which dealer?
We put in some company orders the week before Christmas and they are all done and dusted showing as deliver to dealer for March 1st.

Ordered mine the last week of November and it was completed on the 13th of this month, so will get delivery in the next week or so. 2018 D5 3.0 HSE Lux
1x D3, 4 D4's - All gone

Yep what slots said the dealer is waiting for their next allocation quite common on a popular new unit 
You should never place a confirmed order until the dealer can confirm a build slot at the very least

yes yes yes got my build date at last its being delivered to the stealer on 22nd march at least i can count the days down now bali blue disco 4 with rear dvd's, privacy glass, pre heat system, heated steering wheel, full size spare, piano black trim, ipod cable, 20 inch wheels and i love it loads more than my TDV8 RRS, KTM 250 EXC 2 Stroke for the real off road stuff
