Car back from the stealer but what's been done?

Wifey collected our D3 from the stealer today, Guy Salmon Ascot. It was in for a few warranty jobs.
1/ loss of power when accelerating away from standstill
2/ loud pitch squeal coming from the rear of the car
3/ sat nav touchscreen not responding to touch when cold

Been there for 2 days had a Freelander courtesy car in the meantime. Anyway they told my wife that they couldn't reproduce any of the 3 problems but had done a full health check & upgraded the software. I mean how do I know if any software has been upgraded? At least its all clean & shiny & they were giving away free easter eggs

They kept it inside so the touchscreen didn't get cold. Whistle

The sqealing from what I'm assuming is the brakes rubbing is still evident...doesn't do it all the time but it def there. I think it happens mostly when pulling away from standstill without manually releasing the park brake. I going to call the stealer tomorrow & voice my dissatisfaction with them.
