Caravan and Northern Spain

Hi All,

Anybody been around the Picos de Europa area of Spain with a large twin axle caravan?
Looking for recommendations for sites in that area that are accessible without too much trauma!

cheers

You don’t say which way you are going, but I have many time driven from the ferry in Santander to an all year campsite about 1.1/2 hours north of Madrid, signposted from the main road. Just as good going the other way and there are a few sites you can go into in or near Santander. I can look up the details if that works. Try the campercontact for sites in the Picos. Check the weather also in case there is still snow!
