Somethings a miss, our collection is one week waste followed by recycling the next week, but they often empty both bins at the same time if they missed the previous week. Bin hire is in the region of £9 per week, now up to £10 with a limit of 60kgs in a 1100 litre bin, any more than that your charged at so much per kg.

One is not forgetting that the Bad Obsession crew have used a monumental amount of cardboard in making all those widgets, brackets, folded bits, bent bits things-you-never-knew-a-car needed bits - or at least the templates for those things....Rob Smith

Shouldn’t this post be called ‘Cardboard shortage due to consumers choosing to buy from Amazon due to the fact that most actual shops selling goods other than essentials have been closed for a considerable periods of time due to lockdowns’Now Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.

We use a local packaging firm to make specific size boxes to put items in. Not massive quantities can be down to less than 50 boxes of a non standard size box but we have found that getting boxes made to correct size padded out means less damage to contents in transit.
Our local supplier can not get any ‘board’ until February due to Amazon buying up all the cardboard for their crappy quality boxes.
We reuse as many boxes as possible to send our items out and the Amazon boxes are often ripped up and rolled up to provide padding.
Good quality boxes, double walled with micro flutes do not come cheap.
