Ccf settings with iid tool for cornering lights |
|
Hi,
I have bought a set of xenons to replace my halogen headlights and the ones I have bought have ASF capability, which I believe means I can configure the cornering lamps to work on the indicators through the ccf settings (appreciate I can’t get ASF without a significant mod), question is does anyone know what the settings are, there seems to be two lines on the iid tool - cornering lamps 1 and cornering lamps to, both with just the enabled / disabled choice.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi, yes saw that thread but am in the same boat as Admirable, and no one answered his question as far as I could tell regarding the fact the ccf description is not as identified in the original post. I just get cornering lamps 1, cornering lamps 2.
I’d just have a play if every time I did a ccf change I didn’t have to wait for the car to sleep. Assume it perhaps that 1 is enabled, and 2 is disabled.

Edit I just released it’s a D4 you are asking about.
On my D3 I changed Cornering lamps 1 and 2 to enabled and it works perfectly.

Hi all. I will the same soon on my D4 MY2016. Long term plan is to also add the AFS module to also enable the bending light. But I am still looking to find the location where the AFS module is located. Has anyone an idea about that?
@pfermer. Please let us know how it finally worked (cornering lamps 1 or 2)

1 and 2 enabled works with engine running and in drive, wheels chocked to test safely It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

1 enables left side
2 enables right side.
Or other way round.
So enable both !

My problem was I didn't have the (cornering) wiring to the headlamps plug so altering the setting in the ccf was futile.
