Central locking issue

Ello all

One of the rear doors doesn't unlock on central locking, it locks ok - any ideas?

Childproof setting set for the door perhaps?
Look in the handbook to change setting.

Child locks are on, one side unlocks, the other doesn't - the switch inside doesn't move on the "stuck" side Sad
