change headlight bulb now bonnet alarm

hi
just changed teh bulb...working fine.
but now the bonnet not shut alarm/warning is on..even though bonnet shut perfectly.

any ideas?

Search "+bonnet +alarm" in the search facility Thumbs Up In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
