Change a wheel without a jack?
I have heard there is a way of changing a Flat tyre by getting the suspension to lock the flat wheel ride height, raising the suspension to OffRoad height will then lift the suspension but raise the flat wheel off the ground.
Thus allowing emergency wheel change with no jack.
Any one else heard this one?

No. You need 60cm of lift for the wheel to be at the bottom of its travel and off the ground so doubt that would be anywhere close.
There was a post ages ago about leaving tailgate open and selecting reverse gear that claimed to raise a wheel. Also, driving diagonally opposite wheel into a hole might help.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
