Changing Cambelt on a D4

Just wondering if anyone has changed a cambelt on a 2010 D4 as it looks different at the front to a D3.I have read up about the rear belt which requires timing. Has anyone done a how to change it yet?

Front belt is the same, but a bit more involved, and more fiddly as there is much less space

Rear belt, I still have not Sussed yet Laughing

Is it still not a body off job if done by a main dealer and possibly elsewhere too?

You can do it by just removing a few body mounts and jacking body up slightly give u enough room to do it.

My LR dealer's just done both belts and both manifolds without taking the body off... they did say it was tough though. Less room than the D3 and you need a mechanic with small hands apparently!

Cheers, that's good to know and hopefully a little better for my bank balance as well!

Done the front belt today would like to tackle the rear belt tomorrow but not sure about the special tool required to time the rear belt. Anyone know what it looks like?
