Cheap Android Compatible Double Din Head Unit???

Any recommendations on a cheap Android compatible double din head unit, only want it to drive Spotify and Google Maps?

My head unit has given up, and fact that its there but isn't working is driving me mad, so time to replace the unit. I've had Spotify on the phone running via an aux into the old unit until it went bump. D3 TDV6 SE '06

I dont use spotify or google maps in the car but run IGO for mapping, been in for 5 years and only cost $215 AUD direct from Eonon.
