They look about right.
I was looking at a set of new AT tyres and wheels for my New Defender and they were on £600 from a local garage. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

They are advertised as pay on collection so you get to see them before paying

I'd look for a set of used 19" rims, maybe put a wanted ad up here, and get some decent tyres for them.
I wouldn't want those budget "ditchfinders" remoulds on a vehicle of mine.

Amazingly they seem to have the correct load rating for the d3, wouldn't want to use them on tarmac though!
