What to check before MOT?
Done a search for information on what D3's frequently fail MOT on.
couldn't find anything.
so could anyone advise on the common fails please?

Thanks for the replies.
Especially the funny ones
His first MOT with me as owner, so a little worried.
He hasn't any clanks or bangs or rumbling coming from anywhere,
Been highly maintained by previous owners
But I always go into a panic MOT time
Just got bosses Volvo done, cost a small fortune.
Fingers crossed in early September.
Plan to get him MOT'ed at Landranger in middlewich, then they can supply parts so I can fix him

I'd also add to the list wheel bearings and the date your current MOT expires Retro fitted
Heated seats. heated screen, F&R Parking sensors, auto wipers, auto lights, full leather. front fogs, D4 heated steering wheel, airbag and switches, Brembo RRS 4 pots and discs, Dave's aftermarket sat nav install, Aftermarket head unit, Rear parking cam, Powerful UK grill replacement, De-tangoed and painted head lights.
EGR Blanked oil pump & cam belts changed
