| Chevrolet CTS-V rear 4 pot caliper on a LR3/4 Discovery 3/4 |

I was watching the tube yesterday and a man was upgrading his brakes to Chevrolet CTS-V brakes on a Holden and they looked very similar to the 4 pot front Brembo i have fitted on Discovery 3 (LR3).
Then they moved to the rear of the car that they were upgrading and it had the rear brake set up that was same as the Disco 3/4 LR3/4 with the hand brake inside the drum and the single pot sliding calliper.
This is rely a question for our American friends can somebody have a measure and see if the bolt holes are the same on the CTS-V as they are on a LR3.
If they do fit, could this be a simple fix/upgrade for the sticky rear sliding single pot rear calliper's that jam on?
