Chinese Remote key fob
Just received my new key fob from china took ten days to get to me and including postage was £16.90 including batterie and emergency key blade (uncut) needed a smaller style fob for when I have to try and cram keys an a mobile into tiny pocket on riding breeches when we tow our neds up on to the moors for a days riding. Was dubious as to weather it would code up ok but for the cost it was worth the gamble. IID tool and less than 2 minutes and all working perfectly. Been using it now for a week and no issues.
Cheap alternative for repalcment keyfob

A little confused. The link you posted up is a 433mhz but there’s links from that link to 434mhz fobs.
Cheers for the link tho. Will get one ordered. Was going to go down the genuine key route but it’s all too much money!

They are good value, but in my experience (and I'm on my 4th) they don't last.
I get about 3-4 months from a key. I bought the eBay item insurance for about 2 quid and have now used it.
Don't expect to get much life out of these.PAGODA

Hi guys, I just managed to put my key fob in th washing machine and it doesn’t work at all anymore. How do you get these Chinese keys programmed to work with your discovery? And do they work with the keyless entry as well?
Thanks

You will need an IID to programme the ebay key fobs I doubt the dealers will touch them. If you don't have an IID it will be worth the purchase as it will instantly save you the cost of a main dealer key.
I don't have keyless but there would be no reason it would not work. Really happy with mine and no issues at all. IID Tool
