Club Secure Tracking?

Does anyone have/use the CanTrack Unit that Camping & Caravan Club promote?

Our new van has a Tracker Retrieve device fitted, which is free for 3-months, but the main drawback seems to me that it is only activated once van is stolen. If you don't check regularly could be out the country by then.

From what I can see, the CanTrack unit reports daily as to locatio.

A van was nicked from the farm where we store ours so am a bit jumpy about these things at moment!

I do and I think they are excellent especially if it is the new Trusted versions..... Possibly the best on the market and because they are resin sealed and incredibly robust you can hide them anywhere....

You set it up so it reports just once a day and on the bigger one you can get 7-12 years life out of one...then throw it away and buy another!

I use them commercially and on my own equipment....PM me for further details as I'm not going into describe how or what on open forum...

Another top product from a similar company is Automatrics...... Both do battery versions which are excellent and knowing the companies behind them both are brilliant with after service and finding!

If the claimed 4-hour recovery is accurate hopefully van would be recovered before too much damage has been done! It's probably more the personal items I'd want back as well.

Take your point though, wouldn't want it recovered after a few months with a travelling community.

Good to hear it does daily reports - just what I want so can check/report asap if needed.
