| Clunk when footbrake relaeased |

2016 Landmark.
I have just noticed whilst putting the car into the garage that there’s a clunk that can be felt in the centre console/gear selector surround when the footbrake is released. It’s not loud but definitely there and as I say, it can be felt too. Any ideas please?

I'd imagine your on about the safety interlocks that exist to stop you selecting the wrong gear whilst driving, or selecting a drive without your for on the brake.
If you place your hand on the selector, select neutral, then press and depress the brake you should be able to feel it clunking away.

Yes, that’s it. It also does it in Park too. Just so long as it’s not going bad within a couple of hundred miles of ownership!
