Has anybody else had three clutches in 80k, landrover say that there is no fault with the clutch pressure plate when we know that there is? !

one uprated clutch at approx 10k, no further problems then, and I swapped it at nearly 80k. One thing I did do however after the clutch change, was NEVER manouver (low speed parking etc when its likely to be lots of clutch action) the car when the caravan was attached without being in low range.

Two clutches in 300 miles  both replaced by LR FOC  , no more problems, now have auto D4  MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
MY15 D4 HSE Kaikoura Stone

Had clutch replaced at 30K due to the known problem with early models, but touch wood, since then no further issues and now have done near 62k. But that said, I too only use Low-Ratio when manoeuvring my trailer, but suspect I'll sill be replacing it at around 90-100k LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Hi Andy,
Just had my second one fitted last week (56k) and this time they repalced everything at a cost of £1000+.
