shame about Bali Blue - I think Matthias's D4 looks stunning in that colourSteve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
Firenze Red is stunning too. At least that will be back at some point.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Oddly, Fuji [ie Mount Fuji] is in Japan and Fuji White isn't affected.

I've had it confirmed by my dealer - although he says he doesn't have a list of confirmed replacement colours yet.

The other day I heard there is serious availability shortage of SatNav LCD screens, as they are sourced from Japan, which already affects the assembly line. Anyone can confirm this or can share additional information?

for the FL2 they did have a scare about the supply of the screens. Then realised that Cat had 1 years build stock on their shelves in Desford for the aftermarket so called them over left hand right handTLO has left the building.......

So, does anyone know what the difference is between Stornoway Grey and Lunar Grey? They look identical in LR's web site. Will Lago Grey be available for the D4 then? Thanks.

Same question here, how is Sumatra Black? From Inet pictures I assume it is somehow like a very dark brown?

paint delay due to Tsunami
I have just been contacted by my dealer who tells me the Nara Bronze HSE I ordered last week for Sept. delivery is now unavailable in Nara Bronze due to the Japanese tsunami. This is affecting both Jaguar & Land Rover, and applies to several of the paint colours.
Bit of a blow!

production of Xirallic resumed.
Apparently production of Xirallic was resumed on 8/5/11 at the company's plant in Japan. At present it is on reduced output, but normal service is planned to resume in June.

Presumably, colours that are discontinued and on long order will not be available for resprays after accident damage. Will that mean a full body respray for the sake of one panel I wonder?
