For me with my mileage....waste of time ...I'd never recoup the outlay (and I have a diesel so it don't work). But if you did considerable mileage (and you had a petrol of course) then it would be worth considering. I wonder how long though, before Mr. Brown puts up the duty on gas?? 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Yes - feels like all doors are being bolted. Nanny state and all that!
I saw quite a few of the old model d2s ex G4 - all bar one was petrol - that is why I asked if the new batch is petrol.
Great colour? - if you are the RAC.

It is a great colour... as long as all the expo kit is fitted...otherwise it's an aquired taste 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Are there not issues about getting some certificates or something for the UK - cataytic convertors need to be fitted or something?

Apart from the expo kit... they are standard spec..why did you think they don't have 'cat cons'?? 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Because, of the ones I saw for sale, one the seller told me they had to fit one to get the MOT. Another, I think he said that all the G4 kit had to be removed to get the MOT (or maybe some other certificate) and the kit didn't always get it put back on.
