Communications Issue

Hello,

I have gone through the guide for all the trouble shooting, but still having no luck in getting the software to connect to the FBH.

This has previously worked and I have reset fault codes before.

I remember reading somewhere what position the ignition should be in, but now I cant seem to find it?

Any help appreciated.
