| Considering Buying a used 2008 LR3 |

Couple of questions...
Looks like previous owner did not wash car much; underbody rusty and spare looks like metal moths dined on it... any concerns?
Should I clean and treat the underbody with a sealant?
Can I just get any old spare wheel or are there specs for what will mount under there?
(Terrified of what would happen should I need to put that rusty wreck of a wheel on the truck)
Anything I should look at closely or have a mechanic give an extra eyeball? I see the air suspension height sensors and rear brake actuator called out online...
Thanks in advance; depending on how things go i may end up being the proud owner of a new (used) LR3.

All the full size standard road wheel/ tyre combinations will mount as a spare. It sounds as though there is a space saver in at the moment, which I think was OE in US. Full size was an option.
