Hi not sure if I am in the right place but I have a low coolant message on the dash althought the water level is ok,is this a known problem,thanks in advance.

Hi welcome,
there was a historical problem with the float i think.
a new tank should fix it.

Many thanks for reply the cars an 05 so seems likely it has not been changed.

Just changed the tank and problem solved thanks, any one got any plasters for my mangled hands?
