Cost-effective 08 HSE for someone?

Actually looks like a Discovery 3.5 to to me (09MY). OK, it has been stolen/recovered but at the moment it's at £12,100. Has TV in addition to usual HSE spec. And a tow bar, running boards, rubber matts etc

Buyer beware of course but looks tidy enough in the pics, few minor scratches.
