I'm getting my MY10 serviced and it needs the service B, what have people been charged via a main dealer for this?

I was charged £450 back in March this year for a B service at my nearest main dealer but that was with an alegience discount of 10%.

I'm just phoning round now (for a 4yr annual service) and its coming in around £600 which seems a lot higher than last year which I think was around £390.
I don't think there is any additional work at the 4yr service, so shocked at the price increase.

just found this thread. Only had mine for 6 weeks but its due its 4th service shortly. Got two prices from local(ish) dealers, both around the £700 mark. I was a bit shocked, having seen the invoices for the previous services, I was expecting something much less, at least £200 less.
Is there anything special in the 4th service? It was explained to me that they alternate between large and small each year.
When I questioned it with one dealer, mentioning the previous services prices, got the "well it probably wasn't a proper service and just an oil change" - which wasn't true, the invoice clearly shows filters included etc. MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

I went back to my supplying dealer who agreed to a 10% discount off their already good price, which came out at £418 ( this includes their "MOT for life" deal), which I'm very happy with.

LaserTam, just had a quick look at the maintenance sheet and I don't see anything different on the 4 year B service over the 2 year B service. You would of course expect the B services to be more than the year 1 and 3 A services.
£700 sounds like a lot though.

Strange that two dealers are trying to rip me off then.
