Our Management vehicles at Land Rover had to be offered at a none subsidised rate for there to be no taxable benefit to the recipient. As already stated check with Tax office.
There USED to be a tax loophole where offering a choice of how your vehicle is funded then telling you "you can't have that option you have to have THIS car" got a lower benefit in kind loading, but I believe that got closed down years ago..

Not sure what the current rules are, but when I worked for a bank, if we took out a staff rate mortgage, as it was less than the customer rate, we had to pay beneficial loans tax. So I would be worried that would apply to a £10 per month car lease.Andy

You’re taxed on the benefit in kind of the car not what you pay, your employer might not charge you anything, but the tax man will. This is why I don’t run my car through my company as the BIK is linked to the value of the car and the emissions to create the BIK figure, from April BEVs get a much more favourable treatment, can you change to an iPace?DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
