Courier Run - Cov - Halifax - Leyland - Coventry

Hi All,

Do we have any members up there that could collect a sports bicycle a friend has picked up off eblag?

I am trying to sort a run out up there but the seller wants rid asap.

Help.

EDIT - Im now going oop north this Tuesday to Halifax then across to Leyland and back.

If I can help collect or drop off on the way let me know please.

Dave I work out off Preston and go down south every other night, I am at home till the 1st June then I will be out for a week, I could bring it to London or Brighton when I am out if it's any help to you.

Ok thanks to Croston we have the bike in his clutches at his location. Bow down

So anyone coming down the M6 over the next few days?

This bike is going to be used for a British Heart Foundation charity London to Paris bike ride so you can feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Will it fit in the back of a 5 series saloon, maybe with the wheels off? If so I will be doing my monthly drive from Perthshire to Newbury next week, probably Tuesday..

Very generous of you but its looking like I have a run up to Halifax on Tuesday so will drive across to Leyland and get it.

It's quiet big so I'm not sure it would fit tbh.

No worries. I usually do that run twice a month so easy enough to stop off anywhere on the M6 or M40...
