There was a serious discussion some years ago wether a pint of beer should include the beer head or not. Can not remember the exact conclusion but the amount of beer head that drinkers like vary around the U.K.
Currently am drinking a 330ml can of local beer from a ‘pint’ glass which does not have a CE mark, nor a Crown mark, nor a pint level mark. The only marking on it is Otter Creek as it is an American beer glass. Putting it bluntly all I am concerned about is the taste and quality of the beer inside the glass.
Cheers, folk as I drink this rather nice Darkland Brewery beer

On an unmarked pint 5% is permitted to be head ...on a lined pint the head should be above the line 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
