Cruise control

Hi everyone,

I’ve just had a cruise control module fitted to my commercial, how do I get it working any ideas?

Hi James,

couple of things to note for this:

1. Did you replace both the left hand and and right switch packs on the steering wheel? The boards have to match and if they don't then its non-starter.

2. Have you enabled cruise settings etc. on the CCF file? - I will find you the link from when I did mine Thumbs Up

Hi Nick,

No I just bought the cruise control buttons as I wasn’t told that they needed to be from the same vechicle to work, I will have to return them I suppose. Surely the seller shouldn’t sell one side without the other then if it won’t work.

James,

trouble is the seller probably doesn't realise - its only from doing the mods on here that we know that the switch pack boards must be the same left & right.

What I did was to spend a bit more and buy with the packs with the steering wheel and then sell the steering wheel back on with my old packs Thumbs Up (actually made it a £0 cost upgrade for me Laughing )
