Ok, spent alot of time in my D4 today. I have the base 2.7L spec w/rear air:
There are 4 sets of cupholders!!!
2 - center console
2 - bottom of front passenger doors
2 - in the backside of the center console at the bottom (they pop out) for 2nd row
2 - in the boot alongside the windows for 3rd row people

Yep, those are all the standard cup and bottle holders, but the XS and HSE should have the 3rd one in the front.
Anyway, I was in the dealer's this morning, having my window looked at, and I pointed out on the spec sheet about the 3rd cup holder. I had one service guy and one sales guy both searching around the inside of the car, but to no avail! I'm now convinced that it's a typo, maybe left over from the D3 specs.
I don't really care, but it is quite amusing!

Its there on all models unless you get out
