found this site earlier whilst looking for fittings to hold Mum's wheelchair in place without Dad having to go down on his knees each time ... some days, he doesn't look like he's getting up again !

not tried it but it does say "land rover" in description of some of the parts.

That's good stuff hardware, very useful and adaptable.
I've had a similar system in the bed of a trailer a few years ago, but used Aluminium Sail track and stainless fittings meant for Yacht sails as it was cheap used on ebay and far more corrosion resistant long term.
I've actually also bolted a couple of short lengths to the deck of my boat to strap dive gear in place.
It also upsets the Rag and stick brigade that I can find a use for their cast-offs attached to a big engine.
