Cut out while driving and won't restart

Any ideas please, my disco 3 judders and cuts off while driving, then won't restart ! It says hdc fault, park brake fault, transmission fault, limited gears, and has an F in display. The codes are; Po1-91-23 fuel rail pressure sensor and P0090-13 fuel pressure regulator. I have changed fuel filter, checked battery output, and cleaned/ checked modules. Any advice please ?
