D3 goes into crash mode

hi All,

I need some help. my car goes into crash mode - headlamps switch on as well as interior lights +hazard lights get on, while dashboard switches off completely.

related questions:
* is there any way to delete crash mode ?
* or we have to check all modules on the canbus ?

Gaptool brings up a lot of U messages
