Try out Adam (RRUK) on the FFRR site.
I've just had one done for my L322. Excellent service.

Would you mind telling me which locksmiths you used.

I just bought a basic refurb fob off the bay simple enuff todo kept the original blade just swop out the circuit board, you have to cut the old fob with a very sharp blade.
It rearlly is a simple fix

I bought a Chinese key for mine, programmed OK with GAP IID but after 4 months I was geting low battery messages when unlocking so looks like the batery wasn't charging. OK so it was only £20 so way cheaper than LR but obvioulsy disappointed I now have to source another one.
If this one charges then I'd go for it but how can you tell if the battery is charging without you have to use it for 4 months

All your posted links go through the referral site Skimlinks. How much money do you earn when people clink your links?

Hi
Alas haven’t used this particular company , think it was a company in Southampton I last got a key from, key blank cut ok
Just wished to share the link in case others were looking for a second key
See there’s a few selling keys now and considerably cheaper than the dealer if you’ve got an iid
Also didn’t realise u can get leather covers for the fobs
