D3 Multiheight Tow bar onto D4?

Is it a simple transfer for the towbar from D3 to D4?

Knowing LR the bolt holes will be in slightly different places..... 11 RR 4.4 TDV8 Smile

And my local dealer in Thames Ditton told me I'd need a new one for a D4! Good job I didn't go ahead with a purchase.
